The DLUHC has published updated versions of its guidance in respect of the Right to Buy.
On 8 April 2022 it published an updated summary booklet for tenants interested in taking up their Right to Buy. It provides an overview of eligibility criteria, updated discount levels, the application process, how to take the next steps and useful contacts for free, unbiased advice, including the Right to Buy Agent service.
