    Whilst looking at rental supply and house building (to provide more homes) is to be welcomed, the scope of the enquiry will ignore other factors, such as the provision of amenities, such as schools, health facilities and social hubs. It is doubtful that it will extend to the infrastructure required to support the energy switch to electricity and constrains on supply which are already holding back development in West London and other areas.
