Landlords need to improve their reputation

PayProp have hosted  a major industry roundtable discussion which receives its live launch next week, on Tuesday November 9 at 12:30pm.

An edited version of the roundtable – which brought together some of the industry’s biggest names and was moderated by Landlord Today editor Graham Norwood – will be available to those signing up for a live stream webinar and Q&A taking place next week.Webinar attendees will be shown a condensed 30-minute video stream of the roundtable – which discusses everything from regulation and Trading Standards complaints to PropTech and enforcement – before a live Q&A session with some of the roundtable participants.
The panel includes a who’s who of the lettings world, with Propertymark’s chief executive Nathan Emerson, Landlord Action’s Paul Shamplina, Agent Rainmaker’s Sally Lawson and PayProp’s Neil Cobbold all joining in the debate on a range of issues affecting landlords. Other names on the panel included Kristjan Byfield from base property specialists, Kate Gregory (also from Agent Rainmaker) and James Munro and Emma Cooke from the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team.
