    Only £300 for renting a property previously deemed premises unfit for human habitation and under a prohibition notice – this is a slap on the wrist when good landlords are being interviewed under caution and fined several £000’s by councils for items deemed as breaches when they have licenced their properties.

    Will this landlord be added to the Rogue Landlord Register? We don’t know, as only councils can access the data.
