    Good to see criminal operators brought to account.

    Will their names go on the Rogue (criminal) Landlord Register?
    We don’t know, as only local authorities can see who is listed on the current rogue landlord database.

    In point 8 of the Government’s White Paper, A Fairer Private Rented Sector, they raise the possibility of making parts of the Rogue register available on the proposed Property Portal – this would help put these criminals out of business as prospective tenants and landlords using agents would be better able to avoid these criminals
