Our second event of 2024 has a new extended format and lots on offer – so

make a date now for Monday 12 February..!

On the night itself, we will run a pre event session from 6.00 – 6.30pm  , with two options on offer to those who are able to come early. Rory O’Mara will offer his help and advice on a 1:1 or small group basis for anyone needing help with a current or prospective property deal. 

On another table, Guillaume Black or one of his colleagues will show how the power and range of the Property Filter software can unearth property deals in local areas of our choosing. You can then select specific criteria and add it to the sophisticated software to ensure the programme extracts on a daily basis the specific types of property you are searching for.

Our main programme from 6.45 onwards features a panel session of three experts giving their views on the property market for the year ahead. They include Peter Littlewood, the driving force behind iHowz, previously known as the Southern Landlord Association. He will be joined by Jeni Browne, the Business Development Director for Mortgages for Business and Maxine Fothergill, the MD of Amax Estates and a past president of ARLA .

We will also have a video and interim update from Phillip Russell on his latest project. The 4 bed / 3 bath detached house built in a factory within the Czech Republic was delivered to site in Oxted straight after the New Year holiday.!

More local hot deals will be on offer, plus news on a wide variety of subjects that impact on our property businesses.
