Have you kept up with all the changes in landlord responsibilities over the last few years?
Shelter says
“Private renting covers a wide variety of tenants – and an equally wide variety of landlords.
The sector can be proud that most dealings between them are harmonious.
When problems do occur, it may be because landlords do not fully appreciate the complex legal framework in which they operate.”
Try our quick quiz here to test your knowledge.
Don’t worry, it’s anonymous.
What did you get:-
  • 100% – well done, if you want to save money just take the assessment test without doing the course
  • 75%, or less – might be worth doing the training
  • 50% or less – strongly suggest taking the training.
The full e-learning 1 day course will be:-
To just take the assessment test :-
  • £20 for members
  • £45 for non-members
The next Training and Accreditation will be via Zoom
so you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home/office.
The next session will be on Wednesday July 25th 2022
Don’t delay, when the course is full we will not be able to take any more.

Accreditation gives landlords and agents the following benefits:
  • It is a great way to check you understand your responsibilities and best practice in meeting them.
  • Gives tenants confidence that landlords will act professionally and offer good standards.
  • Makes it easier to access local authority services, such as rent guarantees, deposit bonds, grants for repairs, reduced HMO licensing fees and tenant accreditation schemes
Compliance with the various laws and regulations is essential as councils and the courts are increasing the level and value of fines for non-compliant properties.
Remember, the landlord is always ultimately resposible, even if they use an agent.

The course will be via Zoom; will be split into 90 minute sessions with breaks;
