This Government Bill would make provision about the safety of people in or about buildings and the standard of buildings, to amend the Architects Act 1997, and to amend provision about complaints made to a housing ombudsman.
The Bill completed its passage through the House of Commons on 19 January 2022. It received its first reading in the House of Lords on 20 February 2022. It received its second reading on 2 February 2022. The Committee stage began on 21 February 2022.
